Exeter's Tom Johnson is the only change to England's matchday squad to face Wales on Sunday. The flanker replaces the injured Billy Vunipola in an otherwise unchanged 23 for the match at Twickenham.
Manu Tuilagi and Matt Mullan will continue to train with the national team because their respective clubs, Leicester and London Wasps, do not have a fixture this weekend.
Stuart Lancaster has reiterated that Tuilagi needs "more time to get up to speed with the team" and the Tigers centre remains a highly unlikely starter in this tournament barring an injury crisis.
"The performance against Ireland has given us a lot of confidence going into this game," said the England coach. "We feel it's right to give the bulk of the 23 another opportunity. Tom Johnson has trained with us throughout and we are looking forward to his contribution."
It is the first time that two Exeter players – Johnson and Jack Nowell – have been selected in an England matchday squad at Test level.
