A muscle injury has ruled South African scrum-half Fourie du Preez out of Saturday's international against Scotland.

Du Preez picked up the injury - to his quadriceps - during training and will be replaced by Ricky Januarie. Januarie's place on the bench has been taken by utility forward Danie Rossouw. The world champions had named an unchanged line-up from their narrow win in Wales earlier this week.
